1. Agreement

By using the WaitWise website or the WaitWise iOS app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use WaitWise.

2. What WaitWise is

WaitWise is a free service that shows live theme-park queue times. It is not a park operator, ticket seller, or booking site. We are not affiliated with Queue-Times.com, Disney, Universal, Merlin, or any other park or brand.

3. Queue times

Queue times are provided by Queue-Times.com and can change quickly. We do not guarantee that times are complete, current, or accurate. Use them as a guide only. Park hours, closures, and attraction status are decided by the parks, not by WaitWise.

4. Acceptable use

You may use WaitWise for personal, non-commercial planning. Do not abuse, scrape, or overload the site or API, attempt to break security, or use WaitWise in any way that is illegal or harmful to others.

5. Third-party services

WaitWise relies on Queue-Times.com for data and Cloudflare for hosting and the API proxy. Those services have their own terms. Problems on their side can affect WaitWise.

6. No warranty

WaitWise is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for missed attractions, travel costs, or other losses that result from using the site or app, or from queue times being wrong or unavailable.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. For questions, email [email protected]. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
