Is WaitWise free?
Yes. WaitWise is completely free to use on both web and mobile.
How often is the data updated?
Queue times are refreshed every 60–90 seconds directly from Queue-Times.com.
Why are some parks showing as "Closed"?
A park is marked "Closed" when fewer than 3 rides have live wait times. This usually means the park hasn't opened yet or has closed for the day.
Why do some rides not show wait times?
Some rides (especially shows, parades, or seasonal attractions) don't report live wait times. Only rides with active queue data are shown.
Is my data saved?
Yes. Favorites and settings are saved locally on your device. Clearing your device data will reset them.
Can I use WaitWise offline?
The app requires an internet connection to fetch live queue times from Queue-Times.com.
Is there an Android version?
An Android version of WaitWise is currently in active development and expected to launch later this year.

Yes! The official WaitWise iOS app is available now on the App Store.
